A 50% deposit is required to confirm your booking. Full payment details will be provided upon booking. Your event date is not secured until the deposit is received. The remaining balance must be paid in accordance with the terms set forth in your signed contract with us.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellations must be made in writing. Deposits are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in your signed contract with us. Refund eligibility and cancellation policies may vary based on event date, preparation time, and costs incurred.

4. Event Changes

Any changes to your event details such as time, location, or number of guests must be communicated as soon as possible. Additional charges may apply depending on the nature of the change.

5. Food Handling and Liability

Don Cannoli follows all applicable food safety and health regulations. Once our products have been served or delivered, we are not responsible for improper handling, storage, or consumption by you or your guests.

6. Allergies and Dietary Restrictions

It is the client’s responsibility to inform Don Cannoli of any food allergies or dietary restrictions prior to the event. While we take precautions to prevent cross-contamination, we cannot guarantee that our products are free from trace allergens.

7. Limitation of Liability and Arbitration

Don Cannoli maintains business liability insurance to cover potential claims. To the fullest extent permitted by law:

•Any claims or disputes arising from our services shall be resolved through binding arbitration in the State of Delaware

•Don Cannoli shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

•Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific event or service in question

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
